Danielle Rose Huffenus is a University student in the Appalachian mountains studying poetry and prose writing. She is constantly inspired by the captivating landscape she calls home and by the resilient women around her. Having been sent away as a teen Danielle’s work often expresses her intimate knowledge of human life, love and interaction — as well as the trials and tribulations of being neglected at a young age. But most importantly her work remains lighthearted, comedic and impactful.
